Omar and the Howlers, 'Muddy Springs Road' CD

Muddy Springs Road is the rural road where Omar’s mother and father lived in Mississippi. It is one of Omar’s most treasured releases because it is dedicated to his parents and the title song is written for them. It is also a release that was recorded in one day due to unavoidable circumstances with the Howlers band who were unable to record. Drummer George Rains and bassist Gerry “Phareaux” Felton saved the day by recording all the basic tracks. The release features Gary Primich on harmonica, Nick Connolly on keyboards, Bradley Kopp on acoustic guitar, and Mark Hallman on percussion.
