Burnside Album Details

Nikki Sudden, former lead singer of '80s deities the Swell Maps and the Jacobites, is a gifted balladeer, songwriter and rock 'n' roller. The songs on "Red Brocade" are some of Nikki's finest works to date. Classic melodies flow from one song to the next with songs that defy classification. The album was recorded with various members of the Chamber Strings and other assorted Chicago luminaries, including Wilco's Jeff Tweedy who performs a duet with Nikki on, "Farewell My Darling".
