Burnside Album Details

Appaloosa presents the new album from the former Green On Red keyboardist, Chris Cacavas, with the Lowlands leader, Edward Abbiati, featuring long time friends: Mike Brenner, Winston Watson, David Henry, Richard Hunter, Stefan Roller and Andres Villani. Cacavas says: "I am as proud and pleased what we have achieved with this record as I am with anything else I've ever made in my career". The album was recorded in five days in an old barn just outside Pavia. With Cavacas and Abbiati unencumbered by their previous work and looking for a sound between soul ballads and rock echoing the Stones, the result is perhaps, as the they both say, an album of Garage Folk.
